Is The Event Indoor or Outdoor?
The South Shore Real Beer Festival will be held outdoors at the scenic grounds of The Long Island Maritime Museum.

What does admission include?
You will pay one fee to get in. You will receive a souvenir tasting glass with a two-ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer that the brewers have.

VIP Ticket (1 – 6 PM):

$50: includes pre-opening admission from 1-2 PM where VIPs can talk with brewers and brewery reps while sampling rare and unique brews to be served during the VIP session only. VIPs will be able to sample beer from the VIP only table. VIPs will also recieve a swag bag full of beer related items, discount coupons and gift certificates to T.J. Finley's. A VIP ticket also includes entry to raffles and giveaways.

General Admission Ticket (2 – 6 PM): $40

Designated Driver Ticket: $10

Will food be available?
Yes. Food is available for purchase. It does not come as part of your admission ticket purchase.

Is there an age limit to get into the festival?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance into the festival--this includes designated drivers who must be at least 21 years of age. All attendees must show valid photo ID. No exceptions.

What is the admission charge for Designated Drivers?
A Designated Driver ticket is $10.

How does the Designated Driver ticket work?
The designated driver buys a ticket, online, in advance of the festival for $10. Designated drivers do not get a tasting glass. Any designated driver who is seen drinking at the festival will be escorted out immediately. Designated drivers must be 21+.

Is it safe to buy my tickets online?
Yes, we use a secure ticketing agent to manage all ticket sales. All you need to do is make your ticket purchase, print your ticket, and come on down to the fest on event day. It couldn’t be easier.

I’m having trouble printing out my tickets, what do I do?
FOR TICKET HOLDERS ONLY: If you already have tickets and are in need of customer service regarding your ticket purchase, please call 1-877-772-5425.

If I don't want to buy my tickets online, how can I purchase tickets?
An online event kiosk will be available for use at T.J. Finleys (Bay Shore). You can also order your tickets by phone, call 1-877-772-5425.

Is there public transportation to the Maritime Museum?
Take the LIRR to SAYVILLE stop. Click here to view the LIRR train schedule. Taxis are available for hire at the train station to take you approx. 2 miles to MARITIME MUSEUM in WEST SAYVILLE. There will also be buses for a small extra fee that will transport patrons a short distance down the road to the grounds.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Only a limited number of tickets will be sold for this event. It is very likely that the festival will sell out prior to event day. If it is not sold out, General Admission tickets may be available at the door for $55 each. Order your tickets online today for guaranteed admission.

Is there an ATM at the festival?
No.

Take the LIRR to SAYVILLE stop. Taxis are available for hire at the train station to take you approx. 2 miles to MARITIME MUSEUM in WEST SAYVILLE.

Are children or pets permitted to attend?
For your own safety, NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted and admission tickets for the caregiver will not be honored.

Can I bring blankets or lawn chairs to the festival?
YES!

Do designated drivers need to be 21?
YES. No one under 21 will be admitted to the festival. Designated drivers, like everyone else must show proper ID before being allowed admitted into the festival.
